Easy online 30-day returns and 30-day tile exchanges. If you receive damaged or
incorrect tiles you will need to inform us within 2 working days of delivery. We
will refund any surplus tiles in their original boxes within 30 days of the date
of delivery. You will have the right to return goods if you are not happy with your
selection or change your mind.
As well as our 30-day refunds and returns, we are proud to offer a 30-day exchange
period. These tiles must be unused, uninstalled, in good condition and in their
original packaging. Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges on adhesives and grouts,
only tiles. We also do not accept exchanges on clearance and end-of-the-line job
lot items.
